In Search of Whole 30 Breakfast Ideas?
Look no further! I’ve been hearing about people doing Whole 30 and being stumped when coming up with breakfast plans. Eggs get old fast. Check out these near 30 Whole 30 breakfast ideas! Also, be sure to check out our 30 Whole 30 Crockpot Meals, 30 Whole 30 Lunch Ideas, and 30 Whole 30 Dessert Ideas.
Monkey Salad This recipe from Good Cheap Eats caught my attention immediately. I’m going to try it tomorrow! The ingredients are things that you might have on hand anyway. However, make sure you have unsweetened organic coconut chips. Some dried fruits have extra sugar added.
Sweet Potato Hash and Eggs from Nom Nom Paleo. Looks very satisfying.
Make a zucchini, onion, sweet potato, garlic frittata. Takes no time and tastes like you got it from Panera.
Or my crock pot sweet potato egg breakfast idea featured in Once A Month Meal’s October 2013 menu.
Hard boiled eggs are always an option, but can get very boring.
How about a morning version of the Deviled egg? Purée half an avocado in the food processor, add some minced garlic, a little salt, and some capers. Mix with the hard boiled egg yolks, pipe back into the hard egg whites. Something a bit different!
This one can be classified breakfast, dinner, or dessert! Sweet potato smothered in homemade applesauce. (Cook down chopped peeled and cored apples. Add some cinnamon or cook a cinnamon stick in with the apples.) we had this with dinner tonight. What a treat!
Italian Baked Eggs from Against All Grain look and sound incredible. Cannot wait to try them! All of her recipes look scrumptious. What about her Creamy Chocolate Avocado Smoothie? Talk about different. And not eggs!
Breakfast in a Jar- Just Add Eggs. Check this out. A must try! Portable for eating on the run.
Salad for breakfast. Sounds strange, but try it. A salad with dried cranberries, warm apples, hard boule eggs, baby spinach, warm bacon crumbles…is your mouth watering yet?
Last night’s protein with eggs. Think steak and eggs. Pork chop smothered in homemade applesauce with a fried egg. Chicken and eggs. I love non breakfast meats for breakfast.
Breakfast Chili. Of course. My stomach just growled.
Chorizo and eggs, the eggs being prepared any way. Love chorizo!
Sweet and Savory Blueberry “Tortilla”
Turkey Apple and Broccoli Hash from The Foodee. Yum!
Any fruits or berries in coconut or almond milk. If you’re a cereal person, this might help fight that morning carb kick in the pants craving.
The blog Taylor Made it Paleo, the author, Taylor, made an egg in an avocado basket. I’ve never thought of baking an avocado. One to try.
This one is a website I love, Stuff I Make My Husband. She has several breakfast ideas in this post discussing freezer meals, inspired by Once a Month Meals. Here’s another one from her, Italian Brunch Bake. Looks amazing!
Generation Y Foodie brings you Prosciutto Egg Cups. There are several variations of this recipe out there, mainly with bacon. This looks easier. What about this prosciutto wrapped asparagus from Paleo Spirit.
Cauliflower Grits with Blueberries and Turkey Sausage Balls looks really grew from Two Kitchens One Passion. Yum. You can also make cauliflower into a rice like consistency.
Pumpkin Breakfast Pudding. I was not going to include this recipe because it incorporates almond flour, but it came up on so many websites I had to. Apparently it is great.
I also hesitated to put a breakfast casserole in this article, but then realized some reading might have no idea you can do this. So here’s a really hold looking breakfast bake from Paleo Experiment Recipes.
I hope you can use this list well! It’s pretty broad, son whether you’re a cereal lover, sweet, or savory breakfast fan, I think all bases are covered here.
