I’m back on the Weight Watcher’s wagon. Weight Watchers is really the only diet plan that I can still with and be successful. I have tried other options like low carb, high fat, high protein, calorie counting, and on and on and on but I never am as successful as I am with Weight Watchers. Why? Because Weight Watchers is more of a lifestyle change than a short fix diet plan. One of the things that I love about Weight Watchers is that I can still indulge occasionally in sweets….which is my weakness!
This easy Peanut Butter Dessert is one of my favorite sweets that I turn to when following the Weight Watchers plan. It’s super easy and extremely low points and the best thing is it tastes like peanut butter pie, minus the crust.
We first posted this recipe way back in 2013 when we first began this blog. You can see the original post here.
Easy Weight Watchers Friendly Peanut Butter Dessert
1 small container Fat Free Cool Whip (WW Points+ 0)
1 Tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter (WW Points+ 2)
Allow your Cool Whip to thaw slightly. Mix in 1 Tablespoons Peanut Butter and that’s it! How easy can you get?
This can be kept in the refrigerator or in the freezer for a frozen treat. You could even put the mixture into ice trays and freeze them so that you have small servings of peanut butter “ice cream”.
I’ve had some people ask how big a serving size is and I really don’t have an official answer. Sorry! I try to limit myself to a couple spoonfuls but its so yummy I’d love to eat the whole container. But it’s all about portion control so I try to restrain myself!
