You have to try this! I used four eggs, a pinch of nutmeg, a sprinkle or two of pumpkin pie spice. I started with a banana cut up and softening in a pan with coconut oil on medium heat (coconut oil is a stable oil in high temperatures.) whisk the eggs and spices and pour over the banana pieces. Cook until the eggs are done. Scrumptious! Enjoy!
